Description
Whatcom Falls Park is a 241-acre park in Bellingham, Washington, United States. The falls are on Whatcom Creek, which leads from Lake Whatcom to Bellingham Bay. The park has four sets of waterfalls and three and a half miles of trails in Whatcom Falls Park. Many routes wind through the forests here, some overlooking the creek gorge and still pools. Some wind through open meadows, while others stay in deep forest.
Whatcom Falls HDR is one of five works included in my Whatcom Creek series. Whatcom Falls HDR is my original photography with digital HDR processing.

Cheryl, I find so much peace in the magic of waterfalls. This is such beautiful, contemplative place. I can hear the sounds of the rushing water. Those rocks with the multicolored lichens, mosses and ferns...just magic. Thank you for this beauty. God walks here. F/L
