Psalm 42:7 says, "Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls." A beautiful reminder when we see a beautiful, powerful waterfall that our prayers reach the depths of the heart of God and his still small voice reaches the depths of our heart.
This photograph is Whatcom Falls in Bellingham, Washington. Whatcom Falls Park is a 241-acre park. The falls are on Whatcom Creek, which leads from Lake Whatcom to Bellingham Bay. The park has four sets of waterfalls and three and a half miles of trails in Whatcom Falls Park. Many routes wind through the forests here, some overlooking the creek gorge and still pools. Some wind through open meadows, while others stay in deep forest.
Psalm 42:7 text was added to my Whatcom Falls photograph in Photoshop.
