"Dusk" is a digital painting of a glorious sky with stormy clouds and brilliant sun breaks as the sun was setting over Bellingham Bay in Bellingham, Washington. Many people came out for a stroll on the boardwalk to view the amazing golden sunrays filtering through the dark clouds and glistening across the water.
